SharePoint Foundation 2013, the LdapMembershipProvider and LdapRoleProvider Class

SharePoint Foundation 2013 ships with the dll that provides the Microsoft.Office.Server.Security.LdapMembershipProvider and Microsoft.Office.Server.Security.LdapRoleProvider classes.  Yay!
